Bed and breakfast
On the border between Normandy and the Ile de France, in the pretty Vexin countryside, Fosse-Valle has all the charm you would expect of a country house. Located on the edge of the village of Boury-en-Vexin, just off a small country road, the house has a large back garden with outbuildings, one of which, the charming, small "Nutcracker" house has been converted for B&B use with a double bedroom and small lounge on the ground floor and an open bathroom upstairs. Guests also have access to the sauna in the woodshed next door. The other guest room, called "Sunday in the country" is on the first floor of the main house. It is spacious, comfortable and has been tastefully decorated. Its neighbouring bathroom is small but delightful. Pascale Ravé welcomes her guests very politely and attentively and is also an excellent cook. We recommend her delicious meals, served in the pretty dining room and accompanied by excellent wine, cider or champagne, which ever takes her fancy! The surrounding region is certainly not short of attractions: the chateau at Boury-en-Vexin, the Monet gardens at Giverny, La Roche, Lyons-la-Foret and Gerberoy are excellent places for visits or escapades.
