Bed and breakfast
"La Renardière" ("The Foxhole") is a former farmhouse built of local stone at the heart of the village of Chanly, next door to the church. After many years living abroad, Emmanuel and Thérèse Renard chose to settle down here and to run a B&B. They have completely renovated the house and converted it to offer four delightful guest rooms called "Les Hirondelles", "Les Mésanges", "Les Bruyères" and "Les Charmilles". Each has antique furniture, original wooden floors and a distinctive detailed colour scheme. The breakfasts are prepared with fresh local produce and are served in the huge, vaulted dining room. Your hosts seem to really enjoy meeting their guests and helping them to enjoy their stay. Guests can also visit the garden and orchard which cover the slope down to the River Lesse. The surrounding countryside is rich in natural and historical heritage.
