Bed and breakfast
Benoît and Dominique Daco-Monseur are real local people, both raised on local farms. They decided to renovate one of their native village's farmhouses and to convert it into a B&B. The house's charm comes through in its boulder-stone walls, its half-timbered gables, its traditional slate roof its terraced garden and its vegetable garden. Both Benoît and Dominique are warm and friendly, and it is Dominique who is the principal contact for guests, and who, each morning serves the generous breakfasts made using fresh home-grown and local produce. Upstairs are three guest bedrooms, "Côté Jardin" with a double bed and a lounge area and "Grenier Rouge" with its folding beds. Across the courtyard, in the former barn are two more pretty guest rooms, more recently converted and especially suitable for families with their bunk beds or mezzanine bedrooms. Downstairs is a lounge for guests with an open fireplace for rainy days. There are plenty of interesting things to discover on foot locally, or by car a little further afield.
