Hotel
The pointed roof on this house's turret has been a local landmark since the house was built amid the sand dunes in the first decade of the twentieth century. It has always been an hotel, and its current young owners have redecorated and re-furnished it in modern contemporary style. The warm welcome begins at the reception desk in the entrance hall. The nine guest rooms are all different, but share a maritime theme, as the sea is only a few yards away. The turret room's windows have a panoramic view of the sea and the beach. Each room has an en-suite private bathroom. The dining-room is divided into small spaces, pleasantly furnished with pale wood and cane furniture, and decorated with a collection of model lighthouses. A generous buffet breakfast is served every morning at 8.30am, which is just the thing to set you up for the day ahead.
