Bed and breakfast
The house overlooks the banks of the River Seine and the tall buildings of central Paris are visible in the distance. The house is definitely stylish, but which style exactly? It was built at the end of the nineteenth century as a summer residence for the current owner's great grand-uncle who was a historian with a fabulous library. The house was built with each room in a different style and traces of these styles are still visible today, especially in the dining room. The current owner's father was a sculptor who produced low-relief panels for various public buildings, as well as engravings and paintings signed with the pseudonym "Morog". His works are in every room of the house. The guest bedrooms are spacious, full of daylight, with walls painted in soft hues and comfortable armchairs. Guests can choose between the "King of Clubs", "Queen of Spades" and "Jack of Heart", each with its own personality. But the most impressive room is still the library with its walls covered in books, paintings and engravings. Guests are welcome to read the books and admire the paintings and engravings if they are fans of art or books!
