Bed and breakfast
Located a stone's throw from the Trocadero, the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower, this delightful nineteenth-century private house houses several unusual spaces. There is a 3-floor art gallery which hosts an exhibition of top-quality works of art (paintings, sculptures, photos, textiles and glass)five times each year. On the second floor is a superb guest suite with a bedroom and bathroom, recently decorated in homage to its former owner, Jacques Homberg, a friend of Christian Dior. Many famous people from different countries have stayed in the house. The current owner has paid particular attention to the choce of decorative materials, colours, furniture and ornaments. On the ground floor is the beautiful kitchen and dining room where elegant breakfasts are served. Works of art are also on display there as well as in the garden, with its canopied sofa, an ideal spot in which to relax. The owner is an attentive host, as well as a gallery-owner and a landscape gardener, who regularly organises events in this superb house.
